Covid-19 Screening

Will be completed by the provided prior to your appointment.  It is asked that if you are feeling unwell that you contact Pampered Sole at (250)-870-1589 and re-schedule for another date. 


Payment and cancellation

1.  Payment can be made via e-transfer, cash, or cheque

2.  E-transfer can be made to pamperedsole@outlook.com

o  There is no security question required. However, if it does ask for one, please make it: What service do you provide? Answer: Foot care

3.  All payments are non-refundable


Last minute cancellations and missed appointments

I require a 24-hour notice on all cancellations when calling the clinic or myself. I do recognize that situations happen that are out of our control, it is important to notify me of your cancellation as soon as possible.

Anyone who misses their appointment will be considered a no show and will be charged for a missed appointment.

  • No show fee in home (when travel involved): cost of the appointment. 
  • Last minute cancelation: $20


Foot care coverage through MSP or other insurance

Unfortunately, MSP coverage for foot care is not offered. Coverage plans vary between insurers; the best way to find out if your insurance provides coverage for foot care is to check your policy or contact them directly. Direct billing services, are offered for on site appointments and via Green Shield or VAC for in home service. You will be provide with appropriate documentation you may be required to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.  If any additional information is required, please ask and it will be provided to you. 


Foot care coverage for veterans through the Department of Veterans Affairs

Yes, there are some nursing foot care services that are covered. Enquire with the practitioner prior to your appointment.   For more information, please visit their website .


Refusal of service

The provider has the right to refuse service to a client at their digression. 


Privacy of information 

All information collected is kept private and stored ina secure manner.  Any information that would be shared would be with your family Dr. or other health practitioners to provide best practice and care for the client.
